Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Teacher for Physics and Mathematics to join our dynamic teaching team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both subjects, with an ability to inspire and engage students in their learning journey. This position requires not only a solid understanding of content but also an innovative approach to teaching that fosters critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for middle school students in Physics and Mathematics, aligned with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and promote student understanding.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Foster a positive classroom environment conducive to learning, encouraging student participation and collaboration.
• Integrate technology and hands-on activities into lessons to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school staff regarding academic performance and any pertinent concerns.
• Participate in curriculum development, staff meetings, and professional development programs to stay current with educational practices and content knowledge.
• Supervise and mentor students during extracurricular activities, fostering a sense of community within the school.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Physics and Mathematics (Graduate/Postgraduate preferred).
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Physics and Mathematics at the middle school level.
• Strong understanding of middle school curriculum and instructional best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Proficiency in using technology and educational software to enhance teaching and learning.
