Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate learning programs, and ensure the effectiveness and compliance of our L&D initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D, strong data management skills, and a willingness to engage in administrative tasks. This role is office-based, requiring 5 days of attendance per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to plan and execute both internal and external learning programs, including online and offline delivery.
• Facilitate leadership, management, personal effectiveness, and technical training initiatives.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks to deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting efficiently.
• Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of all L&D activities through established frameworks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with L&D policies and procedures.
• Assist the L&D leadership team with special projects, reporting, and administrative duties.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including room reservations, catering, and supplies.
• Organize induction programs for new employees and address L&D-related queries.
• Perform administrative tasks such as LMS updates, data validation, and vendor management.
• Load training sessions into the Learning Management System (LMS) and prepare statistical reports.
• Ensure confidentiality in all work-related matters.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning & development.
• Proficiency in data management, particularly with Excel.
• Experience in administrative, HR, or event management is a plus.
• Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week.
