Manager Learning & Development @corporate Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals.
• Planning and conducting a proper orientation and hospital induction program of new employees. Support Unit HR by standardizing the Induction plan and inducting leadership resources.
• Establish a culture of continuous learning and innovation across all hospital and diagnostic lab locations.
• Developing effective induction programmes, designing individual learning plans delivery / facilitate / managing the respective training and development records.
• Preparing the annual training calendar and conducting the soft skill training for all the location.
• Taking care of end-to-end L&D process and Employee engagement starting from Training Needs Assessment / GAP analysis for corporate team and ensuring the compliance at unit level.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs, feedback, and impact assessment. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers; ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
• Evaluating T&D programmes, amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
• Random Audits to ensure the effectiveness of the training.
• Manage role-based enrolments for all induction and training requirements participant feedback, results, refresher training and scheduling, to make sure the system is always upto date and accurate.
• Identification of training needs of employees by use of the appraisal data, consolidation and preparation of training calendar.
• To plan and conduct a proper on job training program of the staff in association with concerned departments (soft skills & behavioural trainings).
• Partner with business leaders, HR, and department heads to assess learning needs and develop relevant interventions.
• Leverage technology to create e-learning modules, virtual training, and blended learning approaches.
• Drive leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline within the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest L&D trends, technologies, and best practices in the healthcare industry.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Experience with the development of training sessions.
• Intercultural competence, Proven ability to drive learning initiatives in a large-scale, geographically dispersed organization.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Commercially astute and a strong communicator.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning methodologies.
• Ability to work with senior leadership to align learning strategies with business objectives.
• Experience with digital learning platforms, LMS, and AI-driven learning solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and impact on business performance.

Qualifications: MBA Human Resources/ Organization Behaviour/PG or its equivalent/ Trained in to Soft Skill/ Psychology

Years of Experience: 7-12 years of relevant experience preferably experience in Training /healthcare industry Substantial knowledge of HR practices.

Skill Set: Excel, PPT, Public Speaking, LMS
