As a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager, you will be expected to:
• Lead engaging and innovative learning sessions tailored to diverse learning styles and needs.
• Develop, design, and update training modules and materials that reflect current industry trends and company objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages open communication, active participation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and management to identify training needs and gaps.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in education and training fields.
• Create dashboards to track the training progress.
• Create a relationship with Team Leads for effective TNA.
• Ensure all training activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Become a key player in a dynamic, supportive environment that values growth, innovation, and team spirit.
Desired Experience and Qualification:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
• Excellent Communication.
• Should have trained large teams (even in smaller cohorts).
