Jr Application Developer

Overview

The ServiceNow Developer plays a pivotal role in our organization by leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. This position requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including customization, integration, and implementation of IT Service Management solutions tailored to meet the dynamic needs of the business. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong technical skills who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet technical and user requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
Customize ServiceNow platform based on organizational requirements.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations with updates and improvements.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST and SOAP APIs.
Ensure platform stability and performance through regular monitoring and tuning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements.
Provide technical support and training to users and team members.
Monitor and troubleshoot the ServiceNow environment for issues or performance gaps.
Implement best practices in service management to enhance IT operations.
Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development
Should be holding at least 2 Mainline ServiceNow Certifications - CSA, CAD etc.
Proven experience working with JavaScript, HTML, and XML.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting and automation tools.
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
ServiceNow Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
