Regional HR - South Zone

Roles and Responsibilities

• It is Generalist HR role. Focusing on all the major functions of HR for part of South Region - Telangana, AP, Tamil Nadu.
• Talent Acquisition - Managers for restaurants across South region + Support function hiring.
• Pre and post joining formalities
• HRIS software (Adrenalin) data management for new joiners & Existing employees - Creations, Promotions, Transfers, Rights etc.
• Employee Grievances handling & Disciplinary actions
• Monthly Payroll input for all the new joiners
• Employee Engagement - Various celebrations, Employee outing etc.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Database & personal file management
• Biometrics attendance management
• Restaurant visits
• Co-ordination with compliance consultant, Share new joiner's data for statutory compliances,
• Oversee General Administration & HR Operations
• MIS - Weekly, Monthly

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate with minimum 5 years of experience in the similar role. Should have team handling experience.
• Should have experience of working on HR Software
• Candidate from the Hospitality / QSR / Retail industry will be preferred
