The Lend A Hand India Pathways Program connects education with employability, empowering adolescents (aged 14â"“19) and fresh graduates to build brighter futures.
As the Pathways Program team member, you will play a key role in fostering partnerships, engaging stakeholders, and directly impacting the lives of young individuals by helping them access meaningful skills and career opportunities.

Responsibilities:.
Identify and onboard new partners, executing innovative and impactful partnership solutions..
Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements aligned with the organizations objectives..
Strategize and implement approaches to enhance existing partnerships and ensure long-term collaboration..
Work closely with youth to enable skill development, career guidance, and access to opportunities that shape their futures..
Facilitate meaningful engagement with stakeholders across schools, industries, government agencies, and communities..
Build a supportive ecosystem around youth by engaging families, educators, and local influencers..
Conduct extensive field travel (average 15 days per month) to understand ground realities, monitor progress, and ensure impactful outcomes..
Operate effectively with minimal supervision and in ambiguous, evolving scenarios..
Key Requirements:.
Education:Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university in India..
Experience:Minimum 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in partnerships or stakeholder engagement..
Skills:Strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word..
Experience in:Community development, advocacy, industry engagement, and working with district-level officials..
Passion for working with youth, helping them navigate challenges, and creating opportunities for their growth..
Desirable Skills:.
Postgraduate certification or diploma in social work, rural development, skill development, or education..
Fellowship or entrepreneurial experience is a plus..
Essential Skills and Competencies:.
Strong data management, presentation, and documentation skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Google platforms..
Excellent written and verbal communication in Hindi and English..
