Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators:

• Contract Management Strategies / SOPs / Process development: Develop project Contract
  Management process
• Timely review of the Contracts and suggest effective implementation.
• Develop model Contracts, GCCs consultation with Cross Functional Team & Legal Team.
• Review and develop strategies for cost effective analysis for the Project implementation.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders.
• Negotiation of contract terms, finalization of tenders and obtain management approval for
  awarding work packages.
• Guide the team in ensuring timely clearance and procurement of materials and services.
• Implement and ensure all agreements are reviewed and handled in line with the contract
  agreements & Contract Management process.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance in accordance with the contract, contract
  management plan, risk management plan and organizational policies and procedures.
• Provide advice and support the Project Managers, including identifying opportunities to
  improve Contractors / vendor performance, improve efficiency and value for money
  initiatives.
• Well versed with the Dispute Resolution Mechanism
• Scrutiny of Claims / counter claims on client / contractors prepared by the team for submission with the Client / Contractor.
• Robust knowledge in assessment of Tenability of Claims.
• Lead the team in arbitration or any other dispute resolution process.
• Ensure final closure of the contracts and documentation
• Minimize the risk and maximize the cash-in-flow.
• Endeavour to make timely closure of contract

Interact with Senior Management to appraise them about the progress and related issues
and seek directions.

Educational Qualifications & other requirements

• Master of Laws (LLM) or Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) is preferred.
• Should be able to work on MS Project, and have excellent command over MS office
• Thorough knowledge in delay analysis and methods statements in construction projects
• Knowledge Sharing and brainstorming.
• Should be process driven and well versed with the project/construction management
  processes.
• Should have handled a multidiscipline team of 5 to 10 members.

Relevant and total years of Experience 13 - 15+ Years of overall experience in Contract Management
