Job Description

Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Bangalore, India


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering: Act as a strategic and operational HR advisor to the leadership team, offering guidance on people-related matters and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with business leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to fill critical roles, ensuring alignment with both current and future business needs.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture, driving employee engagement programs that improve workplace morale and retention.
  • Training & Development: Collaborate with business leaders to assess employee competencies, identify skill gaps, and design impactful training and development interventions that support both individual career growth and business needs.
  • HR Projects:
    • Work on organizational development (OD) initiatives to optimize workforce structures, processes, and planning.
    • Support Compensation & Benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 12-15 years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to HRBP functions. Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or automation industries will be an added advantage.
  • Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in HR or an equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
    • Analytical mindset, capable of making data-driven HR decisions.
    • Proactive and hands-on approach to driving HR initiatives and creating tangible business impact.
