Role Overview:
The Divisional Finance Controller will have full oversight of the finance function for this high-performing division. This critical leadership role will report directly to the CFO and collaborate closely with divisional and corporate leadership teams to ensure operational excellence, strategic financial planning, and the successful execution of key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and conduct variance analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
• Audit Coordination: Manage the internal and statutory audit process, ensuring compliance and strengthening internal controls across the finance function.
• Monthly MIS Reporting: Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful management reporting to senior leadership to enable effective decision-making.
• Cost Control Projects: Lead cost optimization initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and profitability.
• Commercial Advisory: Provide financial insights for structuring commercial deals, pricing strategies, and conducting profitability analysis for the business.
• Turnkey Projects: Oversee the pricing and costing of turnkey projects, ensuring they are financially viable and competitively priced.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 12-18 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in FP&A, costing, and pricing. Experience in pricing and costing for turnkey projects is essential. Industry experience in manufacturing is a must.
• Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) preferred.
• MBA (Finance) with relevant experience may also be considered.
• Skills:
• Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and budgeting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
