Job Responsibilities:
Engagement begins with an early-stage consultation to understand the partners needs, resources and targeted timeframe. Conversations will continue as we co-design a solution with the partner, agreeing on scope, and timelines (solutioning). Close coordination with multiple stakeholders and teams internally will be required to develop, implement, and launch the agreed upon
solution, so fundamental project management skill is key. The role holder will have end-to-end engagement responsibility for the cross-border solution designed as the onboarding lead, ensuring a successful launch.
• The role will be a key team member of the NIPL Implementation & Commercialization group responsible for leading solution design client discussions for clients to offer cross-border acceptance, remittance and license model.
• The role will be to work closely with various teams across organizations to successfully develop solutions that support scale the business. As one of the most diverse roles at NIPL, you will excel at handling ambiguity and uncertainty. The ideal candidate should know what it is like to start something from scratch, grow it structurally and methodically.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and serve as a technical advisor on cross border solutions
and offered services.
• Analyze complex requirements and propose multiple viable solution options & recommendations that meet client needs.
• In collaboration with other teams, manage overall client onboarding and implementation with clients through to support their program launch.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for solution completeness to help deliver best in class money movement solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to clients to help accelerate solution design and readiness to adopt new product
platform features.
• Acquire deep understanding of APIs (Card/Account/Wallet) and develop ability to explain complex API concepts to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business, product, technology, client services & other teams to drive best in class client solutions & product offerings.
• Work closely with the sales & account managers to plan and manage the clients integration strategy, schedule, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to identify new business opportunities and develop technical proposals.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to optimize the performance.
• Create presentations for internal approvals and external client facing discussions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at various levels (including executive leadership).
• Handholding customer right from Onboarding, integration with various internal systems and APIs, certification to go-live. Essentially a go-to-person for a customer during the entire enablement journey.
• Manage requirement gathering, manage project schedules and participate in performance standards discussions.
• Create presentations, detailed solutioning document, user manual etc. supporting agreed scope of work.
• Create Test Case/Test Condition documents and Test specification documents.
