Job Overview:

We are looking for an Octane ALM Adoption SME to lead the integration, adoption, and optimization of Octane Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within our organization. As a critical member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption, align business processes with ALM best practices, and maximize the platforms value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the adoption and implementation of Octane ALM across teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Provide expertise in configuring and customizing Octane ALM to meet project and team-specific requirements.

- Train and mentor teams on Octane ALM best practices, workflows, and reporting capabilities.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of the ALM implementation.

- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity through ALM tools.

- Troubleshoot issues, liaise with the vendor for technical support, and ensure platform stability.

- Develop documentation, including user guides and training materials, to support ongoing usage.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience with Octane ALM implementation, customization, and support.

- Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and QA methodologies.

- Experience in driving organizational change and tool adoption.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and metrics-driven decision-making.

- Experience in managing enterprise-wide software adoption projects.

- Familiarity with other ALM or DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, Jenkins, Git).

- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management is a plus.
