Delivery Project Lead

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Delivery Manager (Tech Lead) to oversee and lead the delivery of client projects and services. The Delivery Manager (Tech Lead) will ensure that project goals are met by working closely with the project teams, clients, and stakeholders. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring they meet agreed-upon timelines, quality standards, and scope. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and the management of expectations
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, proactively seeking solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
• Ensure that the project stays within its allocated budget by monitoring and controlling costs throughout the delivery process. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to delivery. This includes monitoring progress and taking action where necessary to ensure project objectives are met.
• Lead the technical aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial design through to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients through status reports and presentations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in project management or delivery management in a software development or IT services environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with budget management, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and delivery tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL) are a plus.
• Led a team of 5-10 employees.
