Role & responsibilities
1. Rich Experience in Retail and Commercial credit card
2. Drive relationship with Bank and project management
3. Conduct Structured monthly product performance review with Bank for all NPCI products
4. Regular tracking of Operational issues
5. Closure of customer complaints and queries in coordination with Bank and internal Product/Ops teams within TATs to ensure customer delight.
6. Track the NPCI business numbers for account as well as the corresponding competition numbers
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
