Requirements :

1. Python Expertise : At least 3 years of recent, hands-on experience in Python development, including familiarity with the Flask framework.

2. Domain Experience : 2+ years of direct experience in the payments or banking domain, specifically with platforms like UPI, Payshap, or Pesalink.

3. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and software development best practices.

4. Experience with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

6. Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work in a collaborative environment.
