Generative AI Architect - LLM (4-8 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Architect to lead the design and development of cutting-edge AI platforms utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI technologies. This role involves architecting scalable systems for processing unstructured data, generating structured outputs, and driving real-world AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and implement state-of-the-art generative AI solutions while directly interacting with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of these technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of AI platforms leveraging LLMs, generative AI technologies, and advanced transformer-based models.

- Architect scalable systems to process unstructured data (e.g., PDFs) and generate structured outputs.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI-driven solutions.

- Partner with business teams to understand their challenges, guide implementation of generative AI solutions, and deliver technical briefings and deep-dive sessions.

- Evangelize best practices for Azure/Databricks GenAI services and mentor team members on architecture and implementation.

- Design and deploy LLM-powered tools, agents, and orchestration approaches.

- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization in generative AI applications.

- Drive feedback collection from customers, translating insights into business and technical requirements for product and engineering teams.

- Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders and the Generative AI services teams, fostering innovation and customer-driven improvements.

- Prototype, build PoCs, and explore new solutions using the latest generative AI frameworks.

- Participate in professional development to stay abreast of trends in generative AI and Azure

solutions.

- Select appropriate algorithms, oversee data preprocessing, and ensure models learn meaningful patterns.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Proven expertise in Generative AI (LLM) technology, architecture, and deployment.

- Deep technical experience with LLM architectures, model evaluation, embedding fine-tuning, and retrieval methods.

- Proficiency in AWS and Azure-based solution development, including services like EC2, AWS Bedrock, EKS, Databricks, and microservices.

- Experience with tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LLAMA Index, Data Augmentation, Responsible AI, and Performance Evaluation.

- Strong knowledge of data pipeline engineering and product security.

- Proficiency in design, deployment, and evaluation of LLM-powered agents, tools, and end-to-end ML/GenAI applications.

- Understanding of security and compliance requirements for ML/GenAI implementations.

- Exceptional communication skills to interact with stakeholders from executives to developers.

- Thought leadership capabilities to evangelize best practices and Azure GenAI services.

- Ability to guide and mentor team members and deliver impactful customer engagements.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive customer success and AI adoption.
