Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 8 to 10 years of experience to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HR operations, budgeting, planning, and finance.
- This role requires a proactive approach to workforce planning, employee engagement, and strategic HR interventions to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Oversee HR operations, dynamic performance management, training and development, and policy implementation, and compliance.
- Drive effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective HR solutions.
- Collaborate with finance teams to monitor HR-related financial planning and reporting.
- Implement employee induction, integration, engagement, motivation and retention.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR analytics and workforce trends.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead compensation and benefits planning in alignment with market standards.
- Facilitate learning-skilling programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational restructuring efforts.
- Handle and conduct performance reviews, employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive organization development initiatives for a successful workplace culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
- Strong expertise in HR operations, workforce planning, budgeting, and financial acumen.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and best HR practices.
- Experience in handling HR analytics, compensation planning, and organizational development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Experience in a fast-paced or multinational work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
