Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee and manage water supply and irrigation projects within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of water supply and irrigation projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to technical specifications.
• Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
