Job Summary:

The Internal Auditor will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while identifying opportunities for operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk-based internal audits and assess business processes, operations, and financial activities.
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify areas of inefficiency, fraud, and financial mismanagement.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Assist in the development of annual audit plans.
• Support external auditors and regulatory inspections as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial regulations, and risk assessment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
