Position Overview:
The Internal Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our internal controls, risk management, and Finance processes. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT hardware and services and a passion for promoting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct independent audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes related to IT hardware.
• Assess risk management frameworks and internal controls across different functions.
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies in processes and systems.
• Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective audit plans.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Present audit results to management and the audit committee, as necessary.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and track progress.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes related to IT hardware and software.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of internal audit methodologies and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or compliance within the IT/hardware sector.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Proficient in using audit software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
