Job Description

  • Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years
Requirement:
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
Roles responsibilities:
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Must be up to date with the market knowledge.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Plan and arrange site visits for customers, accompanying them during visits.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competition analysis, and upcoming developments.
  • Any important decision, if taken, every employee must inform their manager.
