The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
Roles responsibilities:
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Must be up to date with the market knowledge.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Participating in sales team meetings.
Plan and arrange site visits for customers, accompanying them during visits.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competition analysis, and upcoming developments.
Any important decision, if taken, every employee must inform their manager.
