We are looking for a Telecaller to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest appropriate suggestions. To be able to provide the best Tele-calling experience, you must know how to convince the toughest of the clients to purchase our offering.
Roles responsibilities:
Must be able to handle real estate customers inbound and outbound calls
Keeping oneself updated about the recent upgrades and projects of the company.
Responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our offers, and fixing meetings for the sales team.
Responsible for calling customers answering their queries related to the product/services.
Contact potential and existing customers to explain the product services offered.
Keep records of calls inquiries and note useful information.
Must explain to the customers about the proper details of the property.
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their real estate requirement.
