Job Description
- Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 4 years
- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to maximize sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
- Stay updated with the real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, track sales performance, and present them to the management.
- Train and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
- Attend industry events, networking events, and client meetings to represent the company and promote our services.
- Stay updated with the latest regulations and laws related to real estate sales and ensure compliance
- Proven working experience as a Business Development manager, or a relevant role
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
