Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with at least one year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at understanding market needs, developing sales strategies, and identifying growth opportunities. Youll be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth sales processes. Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to ensure maximum revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
- Provide timely feedback to the management team on customer needs and sales performance.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
