Job Description: Senior HR Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

- Develop and implement HR policies and frameworks to support business objectives.

- Design, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

- Conduct regular reviews of policies to reflect organizational changes and legal updates.

- Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.

- Develop workforce planning strategies to meet current and future talent needs.

- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective engagement initiatives.

- Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure timely feedback and evaluations.

- Drive employee development through training programs, leadership development, and succession planning.

- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures.

- Ensure seamless execution of HR operational processes, including payroll, compliance, and documentation.

- Analyze and present HR metrics to management to guide decision-making.

- Support organizational change initiatives by managing HR-related aspects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR management, with expertise in policy formulation, recruitment, and employee relations.

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
