Oracle HCM/Cloud Functional Consultant - Support & Implementation (5-9 yrs)

About the Role :

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning).

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex HCM Cloud issues.

- Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities, including core HR, payroll, benefits, talent management, and learning.

- Strong knowledge of statutory requirements and compliance (e., FPS, EPS, HMRC submissions, P60, P45, P9, P6).

- Configure HCM Cloud modules, including setting up business groups, organizations, and security.

- Design and implement complex configurations, including flex fields, workflows, and integrations.

- Develop and maintain payroll processes, including pay components, deductions, and tax calculations.

- Manage data migrations and integrations between HCM Cloud and other systems.

- Ensure data quality and integrity within the HCM system.

- Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-9 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.

- Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, and other HCM modules.

- Experience with statutory submissions and compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in configuring HCM Cloud modules, including flex fields, workflows, and integrations.

- Experience with SQL/PLSQL for report development and data analysis.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mandatory Requirements :

Night shift : Rotational night shift (US East Coast: 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST) is mandatory.

Work from Office : This is a full-time, on-site position.

Work from home is not available.

Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Noida
