Java Backend Developer - Spring Boot (4-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality backend applications.

You will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative and impactful software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless data integration with front-end and other systems.

- Implement and maintain database interactions (Oracle, MySQL) using SQL and other relevant technologies.

- Ensure the security of applications by implementing appropriate security measures (e.g , authentication, authorization, data encryption).

- Adhere to strong software architecture principles, patterns, and best practices.

- Design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Work with and contribute to the implementation of CI/CD pipelines.

- Utilize SCM, build, and deployment tools for efficient software delivery.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g , frontend developers, QA, product managers).

Qualifications :

Experience : 4+ years of experience in Java backend development.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, and Object-Oriented Design Patterns.

- Experience with RESTful web services and API development.

- Strong SQL and database experience (Oracle, MySQL).

- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Other Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
