Job Description
- EMI/EMC test engineer for Environmental test laboratory
- Operation of electronics test equipment for EMI/EMC testing
- Review of calibration reports, release of test reports
- Use of Lab Information management system
- Failure analysis & Documentation
- Knowledge of Test standards: MIL 461 or equivalent international standards, ISO/IEC-17025, ISO 9001/ AS9100
- Knowledge of NABL Procedures & guidelines required
- Troubleshooting of equipment required for testing
- Preparation of test procedures for EMI/EMC testing
- Knowledge and familiarity with EMI/EMC Instrument & maintenance (i. e. r eceivers, power amplifier, oscilloscopes, Function generator, signal generator, DMM, Clamp meter ESD Simulator, etc)
- Review test reports and maintain the integrity of all technical records
- Interfacing with Customer inspection agencies and with internal functions for smooth conduct of testing
