Job Description
- Responsible for cluster development & validation, flasher, gear position, accelerator pedal and electronic component developments
- Preparing the design review for the concepts created and discuss with the CFT team to get their feedback and finalizing the design
- Able to interact, and understand with Sourcing / Vendors DFM on processes and implications during the concept phase
- Coordinate with the VD team and supplier for development activities
- Responsible for releasing the drawing for various stages of the build and able to create design calculations.
- Responsible to create the DFMEA based on the past failures to address
- Support the vehicle build and troubleshoot the issues
Work Experience
- B.E (Electrical/Electronics)
- Good knowledge in electronic components like sensors (gear position, accelerator pedal), flashers & cluster
- Coordinate with supplier for customized LCD & TFT development.
- knowledge in preparation the input specification (SOR) and understanding the vehicle loads and requirements
- knowledge in development testing parts like gear position, accelerator pedal, flashers & cluster etc.
- knowledge on failure analysis (DFMEA) during DVP testing and understanding the reports
- Preparation of failure analysis reports with detailed data like fishbone diagrams, fault tree analysis
- Able to work with PLM windchill and design release processes
- Software knowledge in Altium, CANalyzer/ CANoe & CREO
- Knowledge in the conceptualization, design and electrical component selection
- Good knowledge in understanding the test standards and procedures
- Knowledge on EMI/EMC test
