Position Overview

Location: Gurgaon

Position Title: EGF Finance Program Manager

Reports to: Finance Lead - EGF

Function: Eicher Group Foundation (EGF)

What you'll do:

Financial Planning and Budgeting

- You will develop annual CSR budgets in alignment with the organization's CSR strategy and goals.

- You will monitor budget utilization and provide regular financial reports to senior management.

- You will ensure effective allocation of funds across various projects and activities.

Financial Analysis and Budgeting

- You will prepare financial reports, statements, and analysis specific to CSR activities.

- You will assess the financial impact of CSR projects and initiatives.

- You will provide insights and recommendations to enhance the financial efficiency of CSR programs.

- You will provide any other MIS as and when required for analysis.

Compliance & Governance

- You will ensure compliance with relevant CSR laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

- You will establish and maintain robust internal controls for CSR funds management.

- You will collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to address any CSR-related legal issues.

Stakeholder Engagement

- You will engage with internal & external stakeholders, including CSR partners and beneficiaries.

- You will foster relationships with regulatory authorities, NGOs, and other CSR-related organizations.

Risk Management

- You will identify financial risks associated with CSR initiatives and implement risk management strategies.

- You will monitor and assess the impact of external factors on CSR finance.

Audit Evaluation

- You will coordinate with internal and external auditors for CSR-related audit queries.

- You will evaluate the effectiveness of various CSR projects and their financial sustainability.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have 10 years + of experience in finance and accounts in the social development sector.

Technical Skills

- You will have good knowledge of accounting software/SAP.

- You will have good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Regulatory Knowledge

- You will be familiar with non-profit organization tax, CSR laws, and other regulations.

Personal Qualities

- You will possess a high level of integrity.

- You will have the ability to perform duties that require close attention to detail.

- You possess excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualification: MBA Finance/ M.Com Finance or related field

Skills: You will have skills like Data analysis & Reporting, Financial planning & forecasting, knowledge of business process, Knowledge of SAP- FI & Co modules, HANA, Fioru etc, Negotiation Skills, & Stakeholder Management.'
