Lab Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for handling all Lab activities such as Soldering the PCBs and DE soldering the PCB without damaging the components.
• Candidate must have knowledge of all Test equipments which are used in Electronics PCB Testing such as power supply, Oscilloscope, Multimeter etc.
• Candidate must have knowledge of basic electrical and electronics.
• Candidate must be familiar to 5S standard to maintain in Lab.
• Candidate must have knowledge of schematic preparation on Orcad or Altium software.
• Candidate must have knowledge of Testing the PCBs.
• Candidate must have problem-solving skills to find a logical approach to testing and fault finding.
• Candidate must have experience in the field of Automotive Electric Vehicle Components.
• Candidate must have knowledge of Mechanical assembly fitments.
• Candidate must have understanding of different potting materials.
• Candidate must have knowledge of EMI/EMC Tests and Environmental Tests.
• Candidate must be familiar to work with High Voltage and High Power system.
• Candidate must have knowledge of ESD for PCB testing and lab development.
