Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Communication:
- Engage with potential clients, primarily foreign, through calls and emails.
- Understand their requirements, preferences, and budget for purchasing a website.
- Consultation and Needs Assessment:
- Offer expert advice and guidance on website options and solutions.
- Assess clients needs and recommend suitable website packages or customisation options.
- Product Knowledge:
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the websites available for sale.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demand.
- Sales pitch and negotiation:
- Present website options to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to secure sales while maximising profitability.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance throughout the sales process.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
- Analyse competitor offerings and strategies to refine sales tactics.
- Documentation and Administration:
- Prepare and finalise sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and development to deliver customised solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams to address any client-specific requirements or customisation needs.
- Training and support:
- Provide training and support to clients on website management and maintenance.
- Offer assistance with domain registration, hosting setup, and other technical aspects as needed.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track sales performance, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for dealing with international clients.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in a non-technical manner.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for achieving sales targets.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of website development, design, and digital marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity when dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns effectively.
- Adaptability and flexibility are needed to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
