The International Sales Executive will play a key role in driving international business growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to navigate international markets effectively
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver value at every stage of the sales process
Uphold the company s vision and mission while maintaining high standards of service
Support and execute sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth and market share, meeting or exceeding budget targets
Manage the presentation and positioning of GrowBeyond Tech s products and services on B2B and B2C platforms, with a focus on international distribution systems
Identify and leverage marketing opportunities within the client network
Participate in day-to-day account management, including contract processes, pricing updates, advertising orders, marketing trackers, and sales presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients to ensure long-term growth
Duties and Responsibilities:
Finding New Customers:
Identify and develop relationships with new international customers to promote the company s products and services
Expand and nurture relationships with existing clients
Negotiate and draft contracts with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial
Collaborate with production and distribution teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, considering cultural and legal differences in international markets
Travel internationally to meet clients, attend sales meetings, and close deals
Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends, while offering insights for continuous improvement
Manage and grow a portfolio of international client accounts to retain and expand the customer base
Participating in Global Events:
Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and services
Skills and Qualifications:
Confidence in representing the company s interests and negotiating with international clients
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of foreign markets; proficiency in a foreign language is a plus
