Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy:
- Develop and implement PPC strategies to meet business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords.
Campaign Management:
- Set up, monitor, and optimise PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms).
- Manage bid strategies to maximise ROI.
Ad Creation:
- Write compelling ad copy and design engaging visuals for ads.
- Test different ad formats and messaging to improve performance.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates).
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate budgets across different campaigns.
- Ensure efficient spending to maximise returns.
A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B tests to compare different ad versions.
- Use the results to inform and optimise future campaigns.
Landing page optimisation:
- Collaborate with web designers to create and optimise landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Ensure consistency between ads and landing pages.
Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor competitors activities and PPC strategies.
- Use insights to enhance your own campaigns.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PPC.
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve campaign performance.
Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align PPC efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Excellent understanding of keyword research and bid management.
Ability to write effective ad copy and design engaging ads.
Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimisation.
Knowledge of SEO principles and how they interact with PPC.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
