Job Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.

Community Management:

- Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance.
- Use data to optimise content and strategy for better engagement and reach.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertisements.
- Track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Brand Awareness:
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain a positive online brand image.
Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, PR, and other departments to coordinate campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers and industry professionals to enhance reach.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement new features and technologies to keep social media presence relevant.
Crisis Management:
- Address negative feedback and manage online crises effectively.
- Develop strategies for mitigating potential social media risks.
Training and guidance:
- Provide training and support to team members on social media best practices.
- Develop guidelines for social media usage across the organisation.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
