Operations Manager

Job Objective:

Plan, organize, direct and control the processes, resources, procedures and activities related to the administration of production, in order to guarantee correct production, compliance with standards and norms, as well as ensure compliance with specific requirements. of customers.

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the production process following customer requirements
• Attend process and product audits for the production process to verify the conformity of the parts.
• Ensure that the production of the Blow Molding, Rotomolding and Assembly line areas is according to the production plan.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and delivery schedules
• Carry out the analysis of the KPI of the department and follow up on the Action Plans to reduce the PPMs to 0
• Carry out the analysis of the KPI of Internal Rejections and follow up on the Action Plan to minimize scrap and scrap costs
• Resolve and address customer complaints
• Register and cancel formats to the quality management system
• Department KPI review and monitoring
• Respond to requests from system auditors
• Implementation of continuous improvement
• Immediately report any failure that may have an impact on the environment.
• Comply with hygiene, quality, safety and environmental regulations
• Support and ensure proper waste management.
• Attend to the cleaning and handling of small spills of chemical substances in the facilities

Preferred candidate profile:

• Candidate should have Blow molding / Injection Molding Experience
• Good in System Knowledge in MS Office and other Computer Skills
• Good in Communication Skills
• If know how to speak Spanish, the language is highly preferable.
• Willing to Relocate to Mexico
• Candidates should know to drive the car (India Standard)
