• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the heavy fabrication facility, including production scheduling, quality control, and workforce management.
• Ensuring the efficient utilization of resources, such as manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets and customer requirements.
• Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve productivity.
• Monitoring and analysing production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborating with engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to project specifications.
• Managing a team of production supervisors, welders, fabricators, and other staff to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
