We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize our organizations operations, drive growth, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management, technology leadership, and business development, with a strong focus on innovation and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution, drive an AI-centric culture, and spearhead new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership

- Collaborate with Project Managers across the organization to monitor and report on the progress of all ongoing projects.

- Facilitate cross-departmental communication by connecting with Technical Leads to understand the technical progress and address challenges within their teams.

- Ensure alignment between technical execution and overall business objectives.

• AI-Driven Innovation

- Establish and promote a company-wide AI vision, ensuring every team member incorporates AI thinking into their daily work.

- Develop strategies and frameworks for integrating AI into various operational and client-facing processes.

- Drive AI literacy and innovation by leading workshops, training sessions, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Strategic Oversight

- Act as a bridge between technology and business, translating business needs into actionable technical strategies.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals, define KPIs, and establish a roadmap for long-term growth.

- Continuously assess and optimize operational processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
