Your practical round was performed open ended outside the company premises. 2. Once the practical round is performed well you are called for a technical round to ensure the logics used for solving practicals were self generated to ensure zero mal practice. 3. Upon your technical rounds we had to pull long to ensure technical independence. 4. We wanted to assure that you have the knowledge that justifies us to pay your expectations. 5. Unfortunately, seniors of the company jubilantly looked forward to having you meet genuine and quality answers, but felt let down. 6. A piece of advice for you, wherever you go for an interview, remain transparent if you don't know the answer or have difficulty remembering them, say so rather than fumbling on fabrications to look knowledgeable. 7. Multiple usage of languages was done to receive the correct response to questions, rather it felt that while offering a hint you seemed to change the response. Here it was evident on multiple occasions of you having an average grip of technical knowledge. 8. We also expressed our doubts on stability as your CV reflected frequent change of mind. 9. At last when you were asked by an HR, you disclosed your plans to leave for Germany in order to further your studies where repetitive feelings of lack of honesty and transparency are expressed 10. Hence, at the conclusion of a prolonged interview where we aim not to have missed an opportunity, not recognize your skill and miss on the probability of working with a good candidate met with a complete disappointment. 11. However, you were offered it for your training as a new joined member who needs to get a strong hand in technical areas on a practical level in spite of having a theory expression. 12. One more piece of advice, have your own R and D on how selection takes place and factual grounds of pay scale rather than getting influenced by any other mouthy news. Stay positive to rejection or rejection from anywhere is not end of anything, rejection is an emotion for anyone that one needs to learn to handle with positive mindset in life to keep moving and growing. 13. And always remember that the time invested during the interview is where the interviewer and the interview both equally invest their crucial and precious time. 14.
