My experience with this company was disappointing. I had clearly told them my salary expectation at the starting, but they did not have budget for it (well, I got to know about after clearing all the rounds). Even though, they kept me going through interview rounds without being honest about this. They even gave me 3 days of practical task which I completed with my 100% efforts. They selected me and only offer a salary hike of 5K from my previous one. The lack of transparency regarding budget constraints wasted of my time and efforts, I was feeling undervalued as a candidate. If they know they count not meet my salary expectations then they should have not moving with my profile from the beginning rather than waste my time. Overall, experience with Eastern techno was frustrating and unprofessional.
