Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership
   
• Drive strategic planning and oversee end-to-end operational activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to design and implement long-term initiatives for operational scalability.
2. Operational Efficiency
   
• Lead the planning and execution of inventory management processes, optimizing coordination with regional warehouses.
• Develop and manage the control tower department to enhance visibility and efficiency across regional operations.
• Analyze macro-level KPIs to identify trends, operational bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
3. Team Leadership
   
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Conduct training and performance evaluations to encourage professional growth and continuous improvement.
4. Process Improvement
   
• Streamline logistics, supply chain management, and control tower processes to achieve operational excellence.
• Utilize operational management software such as Vinculum eRetail to automate workflows and enhance productivity.
5. Cost Management
   
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high service and operational standards.
6. Customer Satisfaction
   
• Address customer inquiries and operational challenges by developing data-driven solutions that improve customer experience.
• Align operations with the goal of achieving superior customer satisfaction.
7. Compliance and Reporting
   
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Present detailed reports and insights to senior management, recommending strategies for operational improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management, with proven leadership expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
