Chief of Staff - Aftermarket & Exports Division (Call on 9354301170 before coming)


Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Chief of Staff to work closely with the Head of Aftermarket & Exports at Paracoat Products Ltd. This role is designed for an individual who can act as a trusted partner and shadow to the Head, providing operational, strategic, and administrative support across a broad range of functions. The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in driving organizational efficiency, managing key projects, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Support
  • Act as a thought partner to the Head of Aftermarket & Exports, assisting in strategic decision-making and planning.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide insights to support business objectives.
  • Oversee and track the progress of key initiatives and projects to ensure timely execution.
  1. Operational Management
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure that key priorities are communicated and implemented across teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, R&D, manufacturing, and marketing to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare performance dashboards to keep the Head updated on critical metrics.
  1. Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Represent the Head of Aftermarket & Exports in meetings, as required, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, distributors, and partners, to strengthen relationships and address concerns.
  • Draft and review presentations, speeches, and correspondence.


  1. Project Management
  • Lead or assist in the execution of special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Track project milestones, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for timely delivery.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental initiatives to optimize workflows and achieve project goals.
  1. Administrative Oversight
  • Manage the Heads calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure effective time management.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and track action items to ensure completion.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-impact role such as Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, or Chief of Staff.
  • Proven experience in managing projects, driving initiatives, and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Ability to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.


Working Time

  • Fixed Day Shift.
  • 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
  • 6 days working. (Sunday Off)


Budget

  • 8 10 LPA.
