Position: Business Operations Executive

Location: Delhi/NCR

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Operations Executive to support our business operations team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily operations, coordinating between departments, and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have:

• Either worked in UAE for at least 1 year
• Or worked for a marketing / media agency for UAE clients

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies and procedures.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities.
• Support in optimizing operational processes to improve productivity.
• Prepare and analyze reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in project management and implementation of new initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Graduate with bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline. Bachelors degree in business administration/MBA in Operations Management is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in business operations or a similar role.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards for UAE is preferred, but not mandatory.
