Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence & Project Management

• Prioritize, plan, and supervise daily deliverables at a project level.
• Oversee execution of operational tasks while ensuring adherence to defined processes and best practices.
• Resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed operational targets, optimizing workflow and processes.
• Develop and implement procedures, including invoicing and reporting, to improve efficiency.

Talent Development & Team Leadership

• Select and onboard top talent to strengthen the operations team.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, aligning them with business objectives.
• Facilitate talent movement within teams, promoting growth and career progression.
• Foster a culture of performance excellence, ensuring that all team members clearly understand their responsibilities.

Process Optimization & Quality Assurance

• Ensure teams adhere to client expectations, industry standards, and internal quality guidelines.
• Regularly review team performance, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Protect data integrity, confidentiality, and company intellectual property always.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7-10 years in a delivery role at a KPO, preferably in eCommerce or retail operations.
• Education: Graduate with 60%+ marks (Engineering degree is a plus).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of eCommerce, retail operations, process management, and client servicing.
• Skills:
• Leadership & Team Management Build, coach, and drive high-performance teams.
• Project Management & Decision Making Ability to strategize, execute, and solve problems.
• Technical Proficiency Strong command over Excel, PowerPoint, and scripting tools.
