Role and Responsibility
Sales & Marketing
• Setting up SOPs & Process for the sales team.
• Managing the sales and marketing operations for promoting Packaging Products including Rigid Boxes, Mono cartons, and accountable for achieving business goals and planning for growth.
• Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
• Responsible for analysing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales methods.
• MIS: MRM, Reporting, customer feedback.
Business Development
• Formulating strategies & reaching out to the unexplored market segments for business expansion.
• Exploring new business opportunities in various segments along with concerned branches.
• Providing systematic network planning, establishing competitive intensity, achieving long-term volumes, market share and ensuring profits.
• Responsible for proactively identifying customer accounts whose revenue may be shrinking and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained as customers.
• Responsible for generating profitable revenues by achieving agreed sales targets by improved servicing of existing clients & developing business from new clients.
Team Management
• Recruiting, leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure process efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets.
• Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst Team members.
New Product Development
• Working with the Product development team to develop new products to meet customers unmet needs meet compliance to Government policies, value additions and other such overt or covert needs of specific and general market.
• Responsible for analysing financial aspects of product development such as tooling and proofing expenses.
