Salary: 15 Lac - 25 Lac

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead new business development and marketing strategies, ensuring long-term growth and client acquisition.
2. Achieve profitable revenue by meeting sales targets and developing business from new clients.
3. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and alignment with sales targets and desired profit margins.
4. Develop and implement business plans on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
5. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
6. Conduct market research within the packaging and printing industry to identify new opportunities and trends.
7. Proactively engage with strategic accounts to review service needs, usage trends, product pricing, and resolve billing or credit issues.
8. Ensure effective coordination between customers and production teams to meet client requirements.
9. Manage creditors by ensuring agreed-upon credit lines are respected and collections are made promptly; ensure statutory forms are collected in full and on time.
10. Inform management of delays in delivery or collection, offering solutions for timely resolution.
11. Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, preferably in the Pharma Packaging/Printing sector.
• Strong Business development, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing cross-functional teams.
