No liberty to work independently. There is owners interventions in every activity you are going to perform. Management is too insecure with every employee. They don't make faith in there team. Suffering with micro management.

There is no usage of foul words,slangs. Good place for learning for freshers. Managing Director have very good in depth knowledge of printing n packaging.

This is the promoters driven company.It's chairman was a very nice gentleman.Now new generation took over,things s shattering. The people who have courage to say what is the wrong and what is right not liked by the new team of management.

I am working past 3 year's but mainly problem is no fix duty timing means incoming is fix but never aspects go on time, job is not secure, I can not decide future planning according current job.
