Export Sales Manager / Export Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and experienced candidate for Component Sales specializing in exports and/or domestic market of copper and copper alloys (Brass, Bronze & Copper).

This role requires a strong technical background as an engineering graduate, coupled with exceptional sales and negotiation skills to drive international sales growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our global market presence through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.

Preferred candidate profile

Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve export sales targets for copper and copper alloy components.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets, and cultivate relationships with potential customers.

Technical Expertise:

• Utilize engineering knowledge to understand technical specifications and capabilities of copper and copper alloy products.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding product applications, capabilities, and benefits.

Customer Relationship Management & Export Documentation

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, stakeholders and distributors
• Address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and finance to meet customer requirements and timely delivery of the product.
• Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in achieving export and / or domestic sales targets and developing international markets.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to meet their expectations.
