Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Tele Sales Manager to lead and manage our tele sales operations. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, skilled in Excel, and possess strong leadership qualities to manage a dynamic team of 3-4 Team Leads and 60-100 Tele Sales Agents. This role focuses on driving performance, managing the dialer system, optimizing lead servicing, and achieving revenue targets through improved conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and supervise 3-4 Team Leads and their respective teams of 60-100 agents.
Foster a performance-driven culture by setting clear goals and expectations.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
Performance Optimization:
Analyze team performance metrics and identify areas of improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to improve call quality, productivity, and sales conversions.
Track and ensure adherence to sales KPIs and targets.
Dialer Management:
Manage and optimize the dialer system for maximum efficiency.
Monitor dialer performance and adjust churn strategies to maximize agent talk time and lead engagement.
Lead Management:
Ensure timely distribution and servicing of leads to maximize conversion potential.
Collaborate with the marketing and QA teams to assess lead quality and provide feedback for improvement.
Revenue Generation:
Drive revenue by improving ticket sizes and conversion rates.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze performance data, track progress, and create detailed reports.
Present insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate with the training team to enhance agent and team lead skills.
Conduct motivational sessions and performance-driven workshops as required .
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 4-6 years in a similar role with prior experience as a Tele Sales Team Manager handling large tele sales teams.
Skills:
Proficiency in dialer management and lead servicing.
Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to create pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and performance dashboards.
Proven ability to drive sales performance and exceed revenue targets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Education: Bachelor degree.
Mindset: Data-driven, goal-oriented, high bias for action and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
