Requirements:
NOTE : Candidate Must be Flexible to Travel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling concept to closure of deals including but not limited to negotiation, documentation, drawl, compliances & other incidental activities on capital raise to support the business growth.
- Research, identify and prioritize potential fundraising opportunities and strategize to access these funds.
- Preparing information memorandums, business plans, presentations, teasers and profiles for banks / financial institutions and investors.
- Handing and coordination for evaluation / due diligence activities required as part of capital raise initiatives of the group.
- Handling dynamic financial modelling, analysis, valuation, sensitivity, and scenarios.
- Handle credit ratings, market intelligence and creating in-house know-how on aspects pertinent to the Company and Industry.
- Preparation of MIS, status updates and reporting for management at a decided periodicity from time to time.
- Tracking regulatory updates relevant to insurance and capital raise.
- Organizing networking events with relevant stakeholders.
Required Skill Sets:
- 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in Capital Raise aspects.
- Experience in handling deal evaluation / appraisals, due diligence across all aspects of transaction lifecycle including stakeholder negotiations, managing advisors etc with ability to work independently as well as in a team under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong Financial modelling and presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good understanding / abilities to understand corporate law, governance principles, applicable taxes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in handling insurance associated capital raise will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification: MBA /CA/CFA.
